Insight is a proud parter of the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM). As an accredited ILM Centre we have been delivering a variety of programes for several years. Hundreds of people have successfully achieved the required standards for ILM qualifications and awards by working with us.
Our talented team of facilitators and trainers ensure that our ILM programmes are practical, enaging and challenging. Achieving ILM standards with Insight is not a matter of listening to 'chalk and talk', rather it involves stimulating learning methods such as:

We offer coaching and mentoring programmes for team leaders, middle managers, senior managers and HR/Learning and development professionals leading to relevant certificates and diplomas.
We also provide flexible ILM Endorsed Programmes. We have designed a large selection of ILM 'quality-approved' workshops that can be bundled together to offer a programme of learning that directly addresses the needs of your organisation and your participants. These excellent programmes offer the opportunity to work towards an award without having to work through an irrlevant cirriculum.
